Shipping: 

You will receive an e-mail with a track & trace number as soon as your package is registered by Bpost. 

 

• Delivery time between 1-3 business days.
• Shipping costs is € 6,00 for Belgium
• We offer free shipping on orders over €100

 

Returns:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@petitbabylon.be. Let us know why you want to make a return, we are happy to help. 

To be eligible for a return, there are some terms:

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. Requests send after this time, will not be accepted. 
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Return costs are at the expense of the customer.
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. 
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Sale items can not be returned. 

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
